     - Feb 21 - Feb 28, 2:00 PM PST Every Day
     - Mar 1 - Oct 28, 2:00 PM PST F
     - Oct 31 - Dec 2, 2:00 PM PST MWF
     - Dec 5 - Dec 30, 2:00 PM PST Every Day
     - firsttuesday will be credit banking for the last time in 2022 at 12:00 PM PST on
       December 30, 2022

Technical Requirements
