My husband and I each ordered a Model R. Jeff from Huntington Beach was extremely helpful. I Could not make up my mind on the tremendous color choices and of form I wanted a ane of its kind color. Jeanne went over the top to help me with the plethora of colors to choose from. Not piece of cake for a girl with that many choices LOL. Jeanne had the master painter send me samples. What astonishing customer service. Our bikes are being built right now and I volition post pictures equally shortly as we choice them upward.

Electric bike company is such a great bike shop because of how innovative they are in the creation of electric bikes. Y'all become to fully customize your electrical wheel co-ordinate to your way that you enjoy, instead of having limited choices. LOVE my cycle! Got it speedily, less than 2 weeks shipped to central declension CA. Like shooting fish in a barrel set upward and was riding in less than an hr. I get so many compliments. I'm 5'1" and then finding an ebike to fit me that wasn't a fold up was challenging until I found EBC type Y! Definitely recommend 100% The only thing that I don't like is how loud the alarm is when turning the power to the wheel on and arming and disarming the alarm. I understand that it is supposed to be loud as a deterrent when gear up, but it is obnoxiously loud when setting and starting power. Looking for a way to disconnect or remove the warning. Everything else is PERFECT!

I have been researching ebikes for a few weeks now and narrowed information technology downward to three or 4 manufactures. I found a local dealer, (island eBikes) for EBC near me in Florida who services and rents EBC bikes. JD was very helpful and I was able to test ride several models and decided on the model Y. I'm in the procedure of deciding what options and colors I want and will be placing my gild shortly. I researched online for weeks AND visited a local cycle shop to see their offerings before finally landing on Electrical Bike Company for my first eBike purchase. My bike arrived in less than two weeks, was pulled straight out of the sturdy shipping container, handlebars were adjusted and then it was promptly put into the garage (while the battery charged in the house) due to nasty wintertime weather here in Illinois. I finally got to test drive it this past weekend and WOW - I already dearest my new Model E eBike! (My son does, too.) My long lane is rocked, but with the "fat" tires, I felt very stable and in that location was no slipping. I tin't wait to get it onto the country roads and bike trails. This bike was my retirement souvenir to myself, but something tells me in that location will exist more EBC bikes joining my family unit in the future. I have endemic my S model for about three years. It is a GREAT electric cycle. Yous can't find a better cycle at any cost. I love tee onboard charging plug. The bike rides similar a dream. The color is orange. The only problem is you tin't ride ii miles without people stopping to ask you questions about the bike. I live in Indiana and they haven't seen any bikes like it.

While on vacation stopped in at the Electric Bike Company in Huntington Beach. Jeff was our salesman and really educated us on E bikes and helped my wife selection out the model E. Was shipped to our house in Kansas and arrived by carrier. Was very easy to unpack! Did accept a few problems with a calorie-free and rear fender, called customer service and they were extremely responsive. Sent new parts out and located a bike repair shop for the piece of work to be completed. Bike shop even complemented on how well the cycle is built. Great bike, bully customer service!!

My husband and I ADORE our bikes! They are so much fun! I had a trouble with one of the managers at the store though. When my bicycle got to my house in Ohio it had a large scratch of pigment missing on the back of it. When I called I talked with Blake the manger. He's solution was to send me a boom polish size of paint in the mail. He never told me in advance how he was going to make this correct. When I got the paint I was very disappointed with him non telling me he was going to practise this. I AM NOT A PAINTER and I but payed over $three,000.00 for a scratch and dent bike. Non to mention that between my husband and I we were nigh at $7000.00. When I chosen him back he asked "well, what practise you lot want me to do?" He said he would await into it and call me back.He has never returned my phone call. Later a few weeks I called back and talked with a female manager who was awesome. She apologized and was able to assist me out. I can't say enough nearly how happy I am with my wheel. If it wasn't for Blake, I would of gave five stars!

Nosotros've rented a few different models from the EBC's showroom in Costa Mesa and nosotros've had a nifty experience with the team and the bikes. I would like to buy one really soon and beingness able to try them out for longer periods of fourth dimension was very helpful. Nosotros've tried other electric bikes in the past and they didn't actually compare to theirs. The team is very knowledgeable and super friendly and I'thou hoping to custom order my bike in the next few weeks!

I love my model R with a custom pigment color I ordered. Unfortunately, when I tried my bicycle out at dwelling for the beginning time (the week it was picked upwards), the anti-theft alarm didn't work- at all. After several calls, and speaking to different customer service rep'southward, I was able to line upward a driver to come up choice upward the bike so they could service it. I don't know how both the builder and inspector of the wheel missed such an obvious thing- it was an expensive bike! Only, oh well. In the cease, my boyfriend took a closer look and discovered that the wires for the alarm were never connected. And so he did that, and then that I would not to have to hassle with customer service, and look on the bike to be ready.Overall, I practise love the bicycle and everything rides, looks and works keen after my boyfriend connected the anti theft. I would've given 5 stars, but that initial experience kinda bummed me out.

Amazing e-Bikes. We rented four Model Y's recently while in New Port Embankment and rode them for 4 hours. Such a smooth ride and and so much power if and when y'all desire information technology.

Bought 2 Due east model bikes, honey them! It was a major deciding point that these bikes are made in USA and take a local service option. Our local bike shop is a retail sales and service partner for EBC and we could not be happier!

Cracking solid wheel. I take a problem with my derailer. When I shift between 6 and seven the chain comes off in spite of adjustments made at the dealership. Other than that, the bike is as advertised, well built and comfy to ride. I have almost chiliad miles on the bike at present and that is the only problem that I accept experienced.

I received my "R" in September 2021. I test rode the bike effectually our abode in Pennsylvania and all was well with it. I loaded my bike in December behind our SUV and Motorhome and headed south to Florida. I've been riding the bike and it has been flawless. When I picked up my bike they explained how the bicycle worked and I was on my mode. Like shooting fish in a barrel and friendly with a keen quality wheel. I take been riding for 2 months now and I honey everything about my cycle.

My wife and I received our new EBC Model R'southward this past week and had our kickoff extended ride this past weekend. All I can say is its a revolution in bike riding!! The EBC bikes are top quality in every aspect and gosh do they perform. I was blown away at the ability and apace learned some serious respect for their potential. The assist modes provide for a perfect blend between the desire to get some solid practice, while eliminating the overly hard parts uphill on some trails. Allows us to ride longer and to areas that previously would have been beyond reasonable riding range for us. EBC'south no assembly required was fantastic. Although we had to make some adjustments to seat and bar heights, fender alignments and the such, those adjustments were like shooting fish in a barrel. All I can close with is two pieces of advice .... your gonna dear your EBC so hurry up and order and ... lock em up when your non on them considering people are gonna want to get their hands on them. 🙂
